Purpose and application
Vacuum drying cabinets are designed for heating for drying or calcining in vacuum to a temperature 500° С. The design of the vacuum cabinet allows heating in air. At reduced pressure, under vacuum conditions, the processes of evaporation of the liquid components of the material are accelerated. Evacuation removes gas bubbles from viscous liquids such as resins, paints, silicones or rubber coatings in a semi-liquid phase, compounds and other coatings. For example: you can dry the surfaces of the transformer windings covered with a compound. Heating in vacuum is used, including in the case of preventing oxidation or other reactions with air at elevated temperatures. The design of the vacuum cabinet allows heating in air. Heating in a vacuum allows:
- lower the temperature of evaporation of moisture and carry out drying more completely;

Description of the structure of the vacuum cabinet
The vacuum drying cabinet consists of a frame, sheathed with decorative panels. There is fiber insulation inside the frame, heaters, in the form of heating elements and a vacuum-tight steel chamber. The vacuum chamber is made in the form of a cylinder, has a loading opening, is sealed along the chamber flange through silicone seals. hermetically closed by a door. A gas evacuation pipe is brought into the vacuum chamber, and it is also connected to air supply and vacuum tubes. Removable shelves are installed inside the chamber. Shelves in SHSV cabinets are located, depending on the design, with a distance of 100-150mm. (agreement is allowed). Optionally, it is possible to install a door with a sight glass.
The vacuum drying cabinet is completed with a vacuum system based on a vacuum pump, vacuum valves, with the necessary locks. In cabinets with high operating temperatures, a water heat exchanger is installed in front of the vacuum pump. For measuring residual pressure into the vacuum. the line cuts in a dial gauge.
The vacuum drying oven is installed on a special frame-stand, which brings the load level to a convenient one during operation. The vacuum system is installed on the bottom shelf of the stand frame.
Heating temperature control produced by devices "Termodat" with digital indication temperature and necessary interlocks. Thermocouple break interlocks are available. Blocking in progress turning off heating when the door is open and other interlocks. The evacuation is controlled from the buttons on the control panel. Power and control equipment is assembled in a hinged power unit or floor-mounted power console.
